1. General

1.1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Provider’s online platform.
1.2. Payment and contractual matters are governed by the Service Agreement.


2. Registration and access

2.1. An account may be created by the User or manually by the Provider.
2.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data and account security.
2.3. Where setup is required, access is granted within 3 business days after payment.


3. License

3.1. The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for the User’s internal purposes during the subscription term.


4. Acceptable use

4.1. The User shall use the service lawfully and in good faith.
4.2. Prohibited actions include hacking, bypassing security, API abuse, malware distribution, and fraudulent use.


5. Unlawful content

5.1. The User must not store or transmit unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.


6. Support and complaints

6.1. Support and complaints are handled via support@044soul.com.


7. Suspension of access

7.1. The Provider may suspend access in case of violations, security threats, or non-payment.


8. Technical requirements

8.1. Internet access and a modern browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled are required.


9. Personal data

9.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
