1. General
1.1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Provider’s online platform.
1.2. Contractual and billing terms are defined in the Service Agreement and applicable invoice/offer.
2. Provider registration details
2.1. The Provider’s registration details are:

3. Registration and access
3.1. An account may be created by the User or manually by the Provider.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of provided data and account security.
3.3. Where setup is required, access is granted within 3 business days after payment.
4. License
4.1. The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service solely for the User’s internal purposes during the subscription term.
5. Acceptable use
5.1. The User shall use the service lawfully and in good faith.
5.2. Prohibited actions include hacking, bypassing security, API abuse, malware distribution, and fraudulent use.
6. Unlawful content
6.1. The User must not store or transmit unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights.
7. Payments
7.1. Service fees are specified in the Service Agreement, offer, or invoice.
7.2. Payments may be made by bank transfer or online payment methods, including payment operators such as PayU.
7.3. Service activation and renewal are tied to successful payment booking.
8. Complaints
8.1. Complaints may be submitted via:

8.2. A complaint should include at least: user identification data, contact details, description of the issue, and expected method of resolution.
8.3. The Provider responds within 14 calendar days from receipt of the complaint.
9. Withdrawal and refunds
9.1. A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9.2. A withdrawal statement may be submitted to support@044soul.com or to the Provider’s postal address.
9.3. At the User’s explicit request, service performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires.
9.4. If performance started before withdrawal upon explicit request, the consumer may be required to pay proportionally for the service provided until withdrawal, where required by applicable law.
9.5. If the service is fully performed before the withdrawal period expires upon the consumer’s explicit request, the right of withdrawal may be lost to the extent permitted by law.
9.6. For B2B customers, withdrawal and refund terms are governed by the parties’ agreement and mandatory applicable law.
10. Suspension of access
10.1. The Provider may suspend access in case of violations, security threats, or non-payment.
11. Technical requirements
11.1. Internet access and a modern browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled are required.
12. Personal data and cookies
12.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12.2. Cookies are governed by the Cookie Policy.
